Bill Payment Options
Did you know we offer many convenient ways for you to pay your Aliant bills? You can pay online, request automatic monthly payments from a bank account or credit card with Auto-Pay, or you can pay over the phone. No more line-ups. No more hassles.



Auto-Pay

Set up Auto-Pay for automatic monthly payments and we will automatically debit your bank account, or charge a monthly payment to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. We do all the work and you are notified on your monthly statement of when your payment will be made. No more cheques, postage fees, line-ups or hassles. To set up Auto-Pay or to change an existing Auto-Pay, we have 2 options:

  1. Secure on-line form: Access our secure online form now and provide us with the information immediately. Please review the terms and conditions listed on the forms.


  2. Print and mail or fax: Simply print the form below, fill in the information required, and fax or mail it to us at the address provided on the form. Please review the terms and conditions listed on the form.

From My Accounts on Aliant.net

Select My Accounts to view your bill and/or to make a payment on your account.

To view &/or pay your home phone bill, login using your phone number and passcode. If you have not registered for your new passcode, you can do so by selecting the link: My Accounts Passcode registration process on the login page.

With My Accounts, you can pay your account with your VISA®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit card. A payment confirmation number will be provided immediately for your records.

You can also pay your home phone account from your bank account if you choose. You can simply complete this Registration Form and we'll set it up for you.

From Your Bank's Website


Most banks' web sites provide the option of registering accounts that can be paid online. Simply follow the instructions provided on your bank's web site to register your Aliant account. Once registered you just enter the amount you wish to pay and choose the bank account from where the funds will be withdrawn.

Pay-By-Phone

  • Pay-By-Phone (for your home phone bill) with Aliant Express (1-800-665-6000)

    Specify the amount to be paid and we withdraw the amount from your chequing account or charge it to the credit card number you have provided. A payment confirmation number will be provided immediately for your records.

    If the call is not being placed from your own telephone number, you'll need the PIN of the Calling Card associated with your telephone number to access all Aliant Express account features.

    With Aliant Express, you can register to pay your bill using funds taken from a bank account, or with your VISA®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit card. Simply complete this Registration Form and fax or mail it to us, in order to be registered for access to pay your bill using Aliant Express.

Paperless Billing

  • Paperless Billing (for your home phone bill)

    You can request Aliant Paperless Billing for your home phone bill from My Accounts on Aliant.net or from your bank's web site if it offers epostTM.

    If from your bank's web site, follow the registration steps to register your Aliant account for payment. During the process you will be presented with the option to choose Paperless Billing.

Additional Information


All residential customers have the option of spreading payments associated with service charges over a period of up to six months. A late payment charge will apply.
